My Journey

Long before I was a Thermomix® Consultant, I was someone who loved being in the kitchen. I loved being anywhere else in the world just as much, discovering how other people cook.

A childhood spent moving around, and years of travel since, made food the thing that turned a new place into home. It's part of why Find Your Way Home felt like the right name for this business.

Cooking for my own family told a different story. My husband would happily eat steak and potato every night. Getting anything past fussy onto our table felt like a battle some nights. Rising grocery prices made it worse. Cooking well started to feel like pressure for not much reward, and trying something new felt out of reach.

I never planned to buy a Thermomix®. I skipped every demo I was invited to for years. A yes to one demo, mostly to be sociable, changed that. I wish I'd said yes sooner. It changed how I feed my family and how much we spend on groceries. The question of what's for dinner stopped being a nightly problem.

I'm now an active Thermomix® Consultant. My first demo ran in mid August, and by the end of that week I'd made two sales. I've written the full story of that week below.

I'll keep adding to this page as it grows: the wins, the wobbles, and what I learn along the way.
