Virtual demos run over Zoom, usually for around an hour to an hour and a half. I cook in real time, live on camera, and talk you through everything as I go, since you can't smell or taste through a screen. That means describing what's happening as it happens and turning the camera your way so you can actually see each step, not just hear about it. There's nothing you need to prepare beforehand. Bring your questions, and we'll usually get into machine models, pricing, and whatever's been making dinner time harder for you lately.
